Abacus retains Investors in People Award

Abacus Professional Recruitment has successfully regained IIP certificatation once again.
Following an initial achievement in 2007, Abacus recently welcomed an external assessor to review and constructively outline areas for improvement. Thankfully, all criteria were achieved on the day and the report provided very positive impressions on the company and the team.
Justin Rush (Business Director) said:
"Although a relatively small company, we operate as specialist recruiters; therefore we need to maintain a quality focus to our business plan, team and operations. IIP is a fantastic tool in order to measure how our company is performing in this market, how we look after our people and how we compete.
IIP along with the retention of the REC Gold Audit award alongside the important DEL audit (passes) continue to demonstrate the impact of investment in people and indeed quality".
