Abacus invests into the REC Individual Membership scheme which promotes recruitment industry standards. All employees sign up to 14 key principles and commit to 20 hours of continued professional development per annum.

Abacus commits to ensuring all existing staff and new appointments gain the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice within 6 months. The certificate training programme ensures employees achieve core competency in all legal matters relating to recruitment.
