  1. How did you feel when you won the award?

I felt brilliant, everyone loves recognition from time to time and I am no different.

  1. What makes a great leader?

Someone that has a vision that can select the best people to work with and manage, communicate and motivate that same team effectively whilst setting the example at all times.

  1. Who has inspired you and why?

My father, he is a hard working farmer that has very high morals with great people skills and has defiantly improved his business in his life time.

  1. For those at the starting point of their career, what is the best way to build a personal profile and get your name ‘out there’?

Don’t get too carried away with getting your name out there work hard at what you enjoy and the rest will follow.

  1. Any general advice you would recommend to future nominees?

Believe in what you do / do the best you possibly can and don’t forget who helped you along the way.
