What you’ll be doing:

As an Account Director, your mission is clear – provide unparalleled insurance expertise and service to their valued Motor Trade Clients. Be the driving force behind their New Business Development efforts, contributing to client retention, growth, and regulatory compliance.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Client-Centric Focus: Provide professional advice and services to their existing client base, ensuring the highest standards of customer care and client retention.

Business Growth: Identify, develop, and manage Motor Trade prospects, hitting individual and team targets, and winning profitable new business clients.

Value-Added Services: Sell valued products and services, including PCL and risk management services.

Development Plans: Support the company’s development plans for income growth and client retention.

Community Presence: Develop a strong presence within the local business community, effectively representing the company.

 

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in motor trade insurance.

Qualifications: Professional qualification (DIP or working towards) demonstrating your commitment to excellence.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset, adaptable to change, and strong teamwork.

Negotiation: Proven strong negotiating skills.
