ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT (PART-TIME) – BELFAST
Who you will be working with:
Abacus Professional Recruitment are working with an international client who have over 30 offices around the world. This firm have a significant operation with a number of jobs in Belfast currently being recruited for. A requirement has arisen in our clients finance team to bring on an Accounts Payable Assistant for a permanent part-time position.
£18,000 – £20,000 approx. plus Benefits.
What you will do:
The Accounts Payable department deals with all office transactions by the firm and ensures that the financial records and documentation relating to these transactions are adequately maintained and easily accessible. Transactions include Supplier Invoices, Staff Expenses, AMEX payments, Counsel fees and Professional Disbursements.
Within this role you will be responsible for logging and posting invoices to the Purchase Ledger, reconciling supplier records, producing BACS/cheques for suppliers, administration of the firms travel accounts, processing daily cheque requests and also data processing.
