The Role:

• Ability to load and administer all types of finance agreements on Salesforce & ALFA Finance systems, with a full understanding of how each agreement & product works.
• Proposal processing, to include checks on customer & supplier due diligence, anti-money laundering (AML) Experian / credit searches, exposure check, connected lending checks, HPI and SME regulatory functions.
• Work closely with Sales/Customers to smooth the onboarding and agreement set-up processes with a focus on getting things right first time and providing an efficient, effective service to our customers, providing real-time updates to customers and other interested parties when required.
• Preparing accurate payments to suppliers, brokers and customers.
• Support Sales Team by speaking to Customers, and internal stakeholders to progress with new business transactions.

The Person:

Essential

• Computer literate including word, excel and data input
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to plan and organise
• Experience in providing excellent customer service
• Ability to operate effectively in a team

Desirable

• Previous experience with Asset Finance
• Understanding of asset finance products
• Knowledge of SME regulation
• Previous experience with Asset Finance
