If you have a broad range of post-qualified experience in areas such as sales and acquisitions, commercial lettings, landlord and tenant issues, property development, and real estate finance, we want to hear from you.

About Our Client: The Real Estate team handles a wide range of legal issues, including high-value acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, development projects (including regeneration), and various investment activities. Working with a diverse client base, including landowners, occupiers, developers, funders, contractors, and professionals across the real estate sector. The work spans institutional, corporate, retail, and public sectors, providing an exciting and challenging environment for motivated professionals.

About the Role: As a key member of the Real Estate team, you will work closely with both external and internal clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include achieving financial targets, managing cases efficiently, analysing risks, and developing strong working relationships.

Main Duties:

• Achieve time recording and financial targets
• Manage cases in line with service level agreements
• Analyse risk and exercise sound judgment
• Prioritise work effectively to maximise efficiency
• Build internal and external relationships
• Continuously develop technical and commercial knowledge

About You:

• Excellent drafting skills and technical knowledge are essential
• Ability to manage key accounts and engage with clients effectively
• Enthusiasm for the NI/Belfast property market
• Dual qualification within the UK/Rep of Ireland is advantageous
