Construction Solicitor, Non-Contentious

On behalf of a leading legal client, Abacus are currently recruiting for a construction solicitor to join their growing and busy Construction team.

You will be a qualified Solicitor, ideally in E&W (but this can be flexible) and offer at least 1 year PQE (NQ’s that have had a construction focused training may also be considered) gained within a busy and well-regarded Construction law team.

Your experience will ideally have been gained within a large firm or niche practice and you will be familiar with all aspects of construction. This role is a mostly non-contentious, therefore experience of supporting non-contentious construction work, due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation and a demonstrable interest in construction law will be highly valued.

You may also be required to support some of the contentious work too.  You will be comfortable managing your own case load along with assisting the head of the Belfast team with their growth plans.
