What about the Job?

Forming part of a busy transactional team, you can expect to handle some of the highest calibre and quality of work within the local market.  Providing legal advice to a range of global corporate entities (to include many, many household names), you will be able to offer experience of handling a range of corporate transactional work to also include V.C. and e-orgs.

Whilst this role offers direct client contact, there is less focus on achieving a minimum level of billable hours and fees generated and more emphasis on providing high calibre legal work.

You will also be a confident communicator and be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
