Corporate Solicitor (Snr/Manager level) Belfast

We are currently recruiting for one of our most impressive legal clients. A global firm that has expanded their office considerable over the past few years, mainly due to the success of their delivery model. This firm handles transactional work on behalf of some of the World’s leading corporate entities and is often at the forefront of all highly publicised activity.

Joining this firm at Manager level, although you will be supported by an impressive legal brand and a talented leadership team, you will be able to demonstrate that you have strong corporate experience, coupled with previous experience of managing a workforce. Suggested skills includes:

· At least 5 years PQE in a busy Corporate environment.

· M&A, MBO, MBI, JV’s, VC and private funded ventures, Governance, Corporate Finance.

· Experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements (advantageous)

Ideally, you will have gained your experience within a a large, busy or niche corporate practice.
