Intro

Abacus temporary recruitment have been retained by our client, a leading financial services organisation to appoint several customer adviser’s to join their professional offices located in Belfast. Our client provided industry leading, professional advisory services to UK residents and provide themselves on their excellence in customer service.

Why This Role

As a customer advisor you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquires and it is your role to ensure each and every customer is welcomed in a friendly and professional manner and their query is managed sufficiently. Our client places a great emphasis on ensuring each customer has a positive experience, and this is why it is imperative that you have the ability to deliver this. Customers of our client utilise this service as our client has built an excellent reputation within the industry due to the level of expertise of each consultant within the organisation.

You will join a team of professionals that pride themselves in advising and guiding people all aspects of their finances.

The Role

As the customer advisor you will be the first point of contact for all initial customer queries. Whilst this is not a contact centre role or environment you will be tasked with managing inbound calls and will be primarily a telephone-based role in a professional office environment just outside of Belfast City Centre.

You will be responsible for undertaking the following tasks:

  • Managing customer initial query
  • Provide customer with product information
  • Establishing customer needs based upon an in-depth consultative analysis
  • Arranging appoints with the specialist financial advisers at a time that bests suits the customer

Essential Experience

  • Minimum of 12-month’s experience in a telephony role
  • Minimum of 12 months customer service experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to provide an exceptional standard of customer service

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English grades A*-C
  • Excellent understanding and use of ICT including Microsoft office
  • A-level qualification desirable

Benefits

  • Weekly pay at a pay rate of £9.40 per hour
  • Full time hours
  • Fixed term contract until March 2019
  • Starting as soon as possible
