eBilling Finance Assistant

Excellent opportunity with a leading global law firm who are hiring a Finance Assistant with their eBilling team. We are looking for someone who is a team player, a strong communicator and is proactive in their approach. The successful candidate should have excellent attention to detail, experience in a busy office or finance team and will be flexible for paid overtime on a rotational basis.

Duties of the eBilling Finance Assistant:

• Data entry onto the finance system
• Upload eBills into our eBilling portals
• Appropriate electronic filing of all documentation and administrative duties to support the eBilling function
• Transaction processing and obtaining appropriate authorisations
• Dealing with telephone and mailbox enquiries
• Providing general support and advice within the eBilling department

Where: Belfast, hybrid working

Salary: From £20K, negotiable

Contract: Permanent, full time

Criteria for eligibility to apply:

• Experience working in an office environment
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience in a billing or eBilling role is desirable
