You are likely to be able to stand by a very strong reputation but be motivated to move due to glass ceilings or the fact the present employer cannot match your career aspirations and potential. You will ideally offer c. 4-6 years PQE with a pure employment law background. You will have experience of both contentious and non-contentious matters and offer a depth of experience of dealing with clients across all sectors.

Although not essential, it would be an advantage if you can also offer support in Corporate support (e.g. TUPE, pensions) and/or Business Immigration (e.g. Visas, Licence advice). Experience of providing support both within and outside of NI is also of interest.
