You will join a stable organisation that will provide you with a varied work load each day, invoice processing, along with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.

The Role

The successful candidate will work with a team of finance professionals and liaise on a daily basis with suppliers and clients of the organisation.

You will be required to undertake the following duties:

  • Receipt Processing
  • High volume payment processing
  • Supplier Reconciliations and reconciling accounts
  • Dealing with queries and resolving any invoicing/payment issues
  • Preparation of Management information reports including:
  • Analysis of staff hours for payroll purposes
  • Recording payments received to the ledger
  • Preparation of bank lodgements and reconciliations
  • Dealing with queries and resolving any invoicing/payment issues

Specifications

  • Accounts Payable experience in a fast paced environment
  • Experienced in all or most areas of the job description listed above
  • Experience of reconciliations would be preferable
  • Ability to undertake credit control duties as and when required
  • You’ll have strong communication skills and be able to work well within a small team and take direction

  • Qualifications
  • 3rd level qualification in Business, finance or a business related subject
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English
  • Experience in a fast paced finance role
  • Experience of fully integrated IT systems would be beneficial
