Currently exclusively liaising with a well-established Greater Belfast firm as they seek to recruit a Head of Finance position. This is a newly created role due to extensive growth over the last 12 months and is pivotal role to run the day to day finance function. With 3 direct reports and working closely with the CFO and officer team this role is giving 360 exposure and will offer a lot of scope for development.

Salary – £65,000 – £80,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance team
• Key role in commercial and strategic decisions
• Liaising with key stakeholders
• Support multiple business divisions around finance matters
• financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Manage Year end audit
• Commercial pricing

What do we look for?

• Fully Qualified Accountant
• Strong ERP and systems improvement background
• Liaised with director level (desirable)
• Private Equity experience (desirable)
• Previously liaised with business-critical departments with financials
