We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to deliver a broad range of HR services within a fast paced and evolving environment. Acting initially as a standalone manager, you will require an excellent knowledge of all disciplines with the ability to work on your own initiative and manage key stakeholders within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment process from inception to completion including the issuing of the new hire offer pack.
  • Managing the induction / on boarding of all new hires.
  • Managing the probationary review process.
  • Managing the performance appraisal process.
  • Taking responsibility for the professional development of the organisation’s employees; training and development and maintenance of such records.
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers on all HR related issues.
  • Managing employee relations issues, e.g. grievance, disciplinary, termination, performance and absence management.
  • Ensuring the business is compliant with legislation requirements and best practice.
  • Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures and ensuring they applied consistently
  • Liaising with the Finance Director on monthly payroll such as advising of new hires, leavers and salary changes.

Essential Criteria:

  • CIPD qualified – level 5 or above
  • Possess over 5 years experience, within an HR manager or Business Partner level.
  • Excellent recruitment / talent acquisition experience
  • Strong NI Employment law knowledge
  • Experience in projects including designing & implementation
