In-House Lawyer

As a Commercial Lawyer specialising in Contracts & Technology, you’ll be joining our global clients in-house team, working alongside recognized experts in the field of technology law. They are a leading global law firm, operating in over 30 countries, with a reputation for delivering exceptional legal solutions that help their clients grow, innovate, and thrive.

In this role, you’ll be advising on international legal issues, reviewing and drafting complex commercial contracts, managing a varied portfolio of contracts, and demonstrating your expertise in data privacy issues related to technology services. You’ll also be enhancing the management of legal and operational risk throughout the firm.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in commercial contracts & ideally technology, who enjoys challenging themselves in the context of a varied and exciting role. As a qualified lawyer, you’ll have excellent legal and commercial skills, strong reviewing, drafting, and negotiating skills, and a collaborative approach that enables you to work well in a team. You’ll also have excellent communication skills at all levels, including liaising with internal clients and partners, and a proven ability to work independently and proactively.
