The Right candidate:
To provide the Partners/Fee Earners with essential administration and Secretarial/PA support, thereby enabling them to meet client expectations
To provide professional client service at all times as the first point of contact
To work as part of a wider team of Secretaries/PA’s who provide support to a group of Partners/Fee Earners
To be proactive in managing and supporting the Partners/Fee Earners
Literacy in MS Office
Ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities
Flexibility and adaptability
Strong communication skills
Proven organisational skills
Proactive and work on own initiative
Positive and helpful attitude
Be responsible and accountable for your workflow
