Due to continued business success, growth and increasing work demands, Abacus Talent Group is expanding our Legal team with the appointment of at least another two recruitment consultants.

Who will you be joining?

Our legal team offers comprehensive experience within Northern Ireland, providing permanent and temporary recruitment services since 2003. We work across the whole legal market and can provide you with access to key decision-makers in locally owned practices (large and small), global / FDI firms and In House roles in the private and public sector.  As one of the most experienced legal teams in the marketplace, you will benefit from the support of a dedicated leadership team.

Joining an established team that boasts top level expertise and experience, you will ultimately be responsible for:

• Client engagement and account management
• Sales, marketing and promotion of active roles, candidates and career opportunities.
• Candidate and pipeline management
• Job and offer management.

We’d be keen to hear from you if you offer any combination of the following:

• Some previous experience gained within the recruitment market (preferably legal but not essential);
• Previous experience of working within a specialist recruitment role or exclusively managed recruitment within a HR function experience (and aspire to transfer into a legal specialist role);
• Experience of working within the legal idustry as either a Paralegal or Solicitor and a desire to move into recruitment.
