Litigation Paralegal

Join our global client’s Belfast office as a Litigation Paralegal and be part of an experienced legal team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. We are seeking a candidate with expertise in managing EL/PL claims, a strong grasp of Civil Procedure Rules, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage EL/PL claims from start to finish, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare compelling legal documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders, providing case updates and supporting litigation strategies.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing correspondence and settlement agreements.
• Maintain organized case files and liaise with external parties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing EL/PL claims within a legal environment.
• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and litigation principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and document drafting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
