NEW BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
Abacus Professional Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a new business administrator on behalf of a leading Financial Services firm in their central Belfast location. Our client is one the most ambitious providers on the Northern Ireland market and have a track record of investing in junior professionals keen to advance their career within the industry.
There will be a full job spec provided on successful short listing but in brief you will be playing an active role in processing new business applications and documents efficiently and to a high degree of accuracy. Furthermore you will ensure customers constantly receive high calibre customer service and end up with a product that suits their needs.
You will work towards achieving KPI’s in addition with ensuring all SLA’s (service level agreements) are met and customer expectations are managed effectively.
You will ensure you remain FCA compliant at all times and in all you do, especially taking responsibility for specific customer and client queries to ensure they are dealt with appropriately.
Lastly, you will ensure all customer data is added, recorded and updated compliantly and within an agreed timescale.
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) grade C or above, including English and Maths.
It is essential you will come from a customer service or administrative background, having applied both or either in the Financial Services, Banking or Insurance Industries.
You will be competent with computer usage, especially Microsoft Office.
You will be able to work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy in all that you do- especially the efficient processing of information.
Moreover, you will be able to manage your time effectively, with the ability to prioritise your workload. This will obviously require you to be flexible, demonstrating an ability to use your own initiative while also working as part of a larger team.
Lastly, you will have excellent communication skills through a variety of media and also possess a superb telephone manner. This will be essential as you will be required to explain Financial Services jargon in more understandable terms.
