The Role

The successful candidate will support the MD and the team based in their offices located on the outskirts of Belfast. As the office manager you will provide full administrative support in the creation of financial reports, raising invoices, managing internal office expenses, arranging meeting rooms, ensuring smooth and efficient day to day management of the office.

  • Creating financial reports for the MD
  • Entering order onto internal system
  • Raising invoices and creating purchase orders
  • Chasing outstanding payments
  • Managing all day to day operations within the office
  • Adhering to all compliance processes and ensuring quality standards are always met .
  • Experience working within a process driven and regulated environment

Specifications

  • Minimum of 3 years office management experience within a regulated industry
  • Previous experience in the use of Sage or Xero
  • Previous experience working as an accounts assistant or undertaking accounting/ finance duties
  • Previous experience working within a role that required working towards set targets
  • Previous experience in administrative tasks that requires exceptional high attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in an industry that is compliant heavy and experience in undertaking and assisting with external audits

Qualifications

  • Degree educated within a business or finance related discipline
  • Accounts assistant experience
  • Previous experience working in an office management role
