Paraplanner – Independent Financial Advisor (Hybrid)

The Client:

As one of Northern Ireland’s leading Independent Financial Advisers, my client is now hiring a Paraplanner to join their team, due to continued growth. They manage in excess of £870 million on behalf of individuals, companies and trustees in a variety of tax structures.

The Role:

• Preparing and maintaining the client file
• Preparing and implementing recommendations
• Identify suitable solutions to meet clients’ needs
• Consider current and future allocation of assets for investment strategy with regard to client risk profile
• Prepare recommendation reports in accordance with the agreed recommendations
• Assist the advisers in delivering a service to our clients in accordance with the service level to which they have subscribed

The Person:

• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to analyse and research financial information
• Possess at least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English and be competent in Microsoft Office programmes
• Possess excellent interpersonal, organisational, and report-writing skills
• Must have at least 1 year of financial services or banking experience
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and to work on their own initiative
