Looking for a new part-time admin role?
We are currently recruiting for a part-time administrator (21 hours) on behalf of a well-known charity based in Belfast.
Hours of work will be Monday – Thursday 9.30am – 1.45pm Friday 9.30am – 1.30pm
What you will be doing:
Managing the company database, ensuring that client information is kept in accordance with company policies
Process purchase orders and invoices
Provide secretarial support
Reception cover as required
What you will have:
GCSEs at Grade C including English and Maths
Experience in an office admin capacity
Experience processing POs and invoices
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Effective communication skills
