Job Overview
The Account Executives primary focus will be supporting and building customer relationships in order to maximise retention and increase revenue. This role requires a results-focused and forward-thinking individual with a can-do attitude. This individual will be expected to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders daily to help achieve the division’s strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities
- To work as part of the Customer Care Team and help meet its targets and key business goals
- Maintain high Software as a Service (SaaS) renewal rates by building strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
- Manage database of all existing customers and potentially assist in the transition from the new Business Development Team.
- Manage the renewal pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to management.
- Develop and deliver live product demonstrations and online webinars
- Develop and maintain customer facing value proposition resources
- Process orders and manage queries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Undertake cross-selling and upselling campaigns to maximise revenue from existing customers
- Work with cross-functional teams to help execute the sales strategy e.g. events and webinars
- Gathering information on installation and usage and reporting to management.
- Managing the renewal pipeline and providing accurate forecasting to management.
- Working to and achieving Quarterly OKRs/ KPIs.
Essential Criteria
- Track record of effective customer service and engagement
- Experience with Microsoft and/or Google Apps
- CRM Database experience; SugarCRM experience preferred
- 3rd Level Qualification Required
- Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
- Flexibility to travel as and when required
- Experience of handling customer renewals
