The purpose of this role is to develop the business in Northern Ireland through effective sales, margin control and relationship management.

The role will involve setting and achieving annual budgets and targets in line with business expectations. The successful candidate will actively manage sales team members to deliver required results and work closely with other parts of the Group to maximise the full opportunity.

Finally, this position will be pivotal in contributing to the successful achievement of the Alcohol and Beverage Strategy for the business throughout Ireland, specifically within the Northern Ireland

Essential

• 5 GCSEs
• Full clean driving licence
• 5+ years’ experience in managing a team of sales professionals
• Comprehensive understanding of the alcohol market
• Experience of selling Alcohol
• Profit and loss accounts knowledge
• MS Office

Desirable

• Third level qualification specialising in Sales/Marketing/Food & Beverage/Business
• Self-starter
• Commercial acumen
• Strong communication
