Senior Service Desk Analyst is needed to join a global services firm, who have a shared service centre based in Belfast.

This is the best position for someone needing an uplift in their career, as you’ll be learning or enhancing your experience ServiceNow, using Windows Operating systems 7 / 10, and working within major incidents that could potentially happen in different countries.

There is a shift rotation within this role and you can be assured that you’ll receive a highly competitive Salary & Benefits package.

Core experience you will need:

  • 3 years’ experience as a Service Desk Analyst / Engineer
  • 3 years + working with Windows Operating systems 7 / 10
  • Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
  • Professional Qualifications: ITIL v3 foundation or others that are similar
  • Strong ability to make key decisions in a fast-pace environment
