Senior Software Developer needed for a brand new EdTech Software company in Belfast. This company is leading the way by amalgamating software with education, providing next level opportunities for students globally

Belfast has been snowed under recently with FDI’s opening their state of the art FinTech offices here in the city, now is the chance to join a company who are making a difference to the current and next generations

As one of their first Senior Developers you will use your previous .NET experience to build technology to create opportunities for pupils to learn, teachers to teach and parents to monitor

Your role:

As one of the first Senior Developers, you will be responsible for writing clean code and building scalable applications. Working closely with your other team members to build web services and APIs

No worries about legacy work, as the majority of your time will be creating new features in C# and Web API, driving a React front-end

Taking full advantage of the services in Azure, you will support CD working with Automated Engineers. Being dedicated to always utilising new technology you will explore Continuous Integration with Jenkins and Octopus Deploy

You

  • Experienced C#/.NET Developer
  • Passionate about software design, performance and best practices
  • True technologist who isn’t afraid to work on other languages/tech- React/Azure/Jenkins
  • The desire to create applications for the next generation of students, providing a positive input into their learning and development
  • Working knowledge of TDD and Architect patterns
