The successful Software Development Manager will be building and running lean agile development teams particularly in distributed mode.
This role will have day to day responsibility of running the Project development team ensuring excellent development processes, to deliver great code on time; it is expected the candidate will have a strong developer background with up to date knowledge of lean distributed development. In detail the role will manage the development project from initial design through testing while providing strategic management direction.
