We are currently recruiting for a temporary administrator on behalf of our client based in Belfast City Centre.
What you will be doing:
Provide a comprehensive admin support service to Co-Ownership Customer Services Teams
Provide support and maintain a diverse range of confidential customer focused administrative processes and procedures in the delivery of the administration function within Customer Services including, for example, maintaining local filing systems, record-keeping, photocopying/filing and dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
Assisting with processing of documentation, including but not limited to, ensuring information is entered onto IT systems correctly to ensure accurate processing, ensuring paperwork for applications is in order before processing by Operations Officers and Customer Assessors.
Handle, prepare and prioritise mail, telephone calls, correspondence from a variety of sources as required
Ensure administrative tasks relating to applications are completed accurately and in a timely manner, creating new cases on the database system and printing files.
Provide administrative support within all sections of the Customer Services as and when required.
Prepare and maintain filing systems to reflect changing application types and processes.
What you will have:
5 GCSE qualifications at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths OR 3 years’ experience of customer service and/or providing a service to the public
Experience of dealing with people on the telephone and face to face
Experience with administrative processes
Experience of working within a team
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Planning and organisational skills.
Ability to resolve customer concerns
